Features:

Auto De-nester - Punnets are loaded into the machine a whole stack at a time and denested automatically.

Triple Weigh Heads - Three weighing hoppers increase speed of filling.

Punnet Filler - Automatically fills the produce into the punnet.

Lid Closer - Lids are closed while the punnet is moving along the conveyor.

Check Weigher - Built-in Check weigher eliminates the need for an expensive external check weigher. Under / over weight punnets are either ejected or not labeled depending on your requirements.

Label Applicator - If required a label applicator can apply labels to the packed punnets which are the correct weight.

Operator Interface - All machine controls are via a LCD touch screen and are very easy to understand.

Pack Range - 0-350 grams (Larger weights or counts are available on our custom made machines)
