This is a excellent and economical method of packing delicate fruit into bins. The versitility of the PLC control allows for multiple filling methods and automated processes combined with the three different models we can supply you with the right solution for your filling requirements.

The fruit is conveyed by a roller conveyor and lowered into the dristribution drum via lowering Brushes, then spread thoughout the bin.
When the bottom layer is spread in the bin the drum is then automatically lifted and the next layer is layed until the bin is filled.
The conveyor is then stopped and the drum is lifted clear of the bin.

Models:
a) Basic Bin Filler : Allows for filling by height or interfacing with a sizing machine. Fills one bin at a time at an approximate rate of 6-10 bins/hour.

b) Weigh Bin Filler : As above but with a weight scale on the filler.

c) Dual Bin Filler : This model has two bins and a pivot at the infeed end when one bin is filled the conveyor stops the drum is lifted clear, the filler pivots to the new bin, the drum is lowered and the conveyor restarted.
